December Case Study Focus: Collaborative Work

by Jessica Lantos

MANP staff have added and researched new case studies, this month focusing on Collaboration and Strategic Alliances. Below are just a few ideas in our library, a great way to get you thinking on how to work with other organizations and community members to help promote the success of your programming and mission.

What are the benefits of working with other organizations? Should alliances be made with organizations who only do similar work? How can your organization make time to take on what sometimes seems like too much extra work? Below are just a few examples:

Strategic Alliances Help Organization Offer State-wide Programming Without Increasing Staff

Community as Collaborators, Marketers and Stewards

Working Together Leads to Shared Strategy, Major Funding, and Greater Mission Impact

We are always looking for new, compelling case studies for our library. For our next deadline, we are researching stories on how nonprofits are utilizing social media. If you have a story to share, please contact us. We’d love to write you up!
