Giving Thanks for the Power of Volunteers
It’s a month of giving thanks, and at MANP we feel lucky to be surrounded by and connected to so many people and organizations dedicated to making Maine a better place to live and work.
We are grateful to our Members and Friends, who make it possible for us to provide a wide variety of services and support to nonprofits in Maine so they in turn can maximize their impact. Deserving of special mention is our lead sponsor for all programs and services, longtime MANP Benefactor and supporter of the sector, Healey & Associates.
And today we honor our amazing volunteer presenters, who give their time, energy and expertise to make it possible for us to offer diverse, high-quality, frequent training opportunities.
Collectively these presenters donate thousands of hours of their time, and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to sharing their knowledge, experience and insights so that nonprofit leaders, staff, board members and volunteers gain the necessary knowledge and skills to help their organizations become more effective and well-run.
They deserve to have their names shouted from the rooftops, but we’re not allowed access to our building’s rooftop, so instead we list them here (alphabetically by last name), along with the trainings and events they contributed to in 2015.
