National Council of Nonprofits offering Color Printing program

by Jessica Lantos

The National Council of Nonprofits (NCN) has teamed up with the Xerox FreeColorPrinters program to bring State Associations and their members a professional quality, cost effective, in-house color printing solution. The Xerox FreeColorPrinters program has helped existing National Council of Nonprofits State Association Members and more than 10,000 other nonprofits with their in-house high quality printing needs.

The Xerox FreeColorPrinters program is for organizations that:

  • Print at least 2000 pages (4 reams of paper) per month, either in-house or out-sourced.
  • Only need to print on paper sizes up to 8.5″ × 14 (legal size).
  • Print 50% or more of your pages with some color.
  • Typically spend $150+ per month on printer supplies.
  • Are interested in environmentally friendly alternative to laser printing – solid ink produces 90% less waste!

If your organization answered “yes” to all of these statements, then the Xerox FreeColorPrinters Program may be a good fit!

All MANP members are members of NCN. To find out if your organization qualifies, complete the easy online application or contact Jessica Lantos at MANP for more information.
